The Recruitment Process

Step 1

Thanks for Applying!

Your resume is in our mailbox. You will hear back from us as soon as we review it.

Step 2

Screening Call

Together with the Recruiter, you have a 30-minute call to discuss your work experience, English proficiency, and your expectations in terms of contract and compensation. You will also learn about our company and your new potential project.

Step 3

Technical Interview

It’s an hour-long conversation with our technical team. The call will be conducted through a video chat.

Step 4

Client Call

In some cases, you might receive an invitation to an interview directly with the client. Could be both technical and introductory.

Step 5

Decision

Once you make it to this stage, the recruiter will let you know about the decision in due course. If you got a job offer, congratulations!

Back in the day, we communicated a bit more face-to-face, gathering somewhere, going out together, but now things are different. Many people have moved or work from home.
