We follow four basic principles: Think Human, Live Through Software, Do One More Thing and Just Improve. These are not empty slogans from posters in the conference room, but part of our company's identity on which we build the Softjourn culture.
We code according to the following principle: Live Through Software! Not only are we interested in the outcome of our work, but the design process itself is also a great source of daily inspiration. No matter the department, we are all about automating strategies and working smart. At Softjourn, you’ll have an opportunity to work either as a member of a dedicated team or to work with branded applications within our R&D department.

Back in the day, we communicated a bit more face-to-face, gathering somewhere, going out together, but now things are different. Many people have moved or work from home. Still, that’s more about the current realities we live and work in, rather than about the company itself.
