Softjourn has a three-pronged, iterative approach when it comes to the first phase of the discovery phase of a software project:

The discovery process is highly interactive and requires client participation. Softjourn will conduct working sessions with you and your team to analyze each of the functionalities and workflows. Working one-hour sessions are typically held twice a week. In between sessions, Softjourn's business analyst/product manager defines workflows and functionalities using visuals and texts to present how potential users might flow through the system.

The most valuable deliverables that the client gets at the end of the Project Discovery Phase are the Software Requirements Specifications document (SRS), timeline, and pricing estimation for the entire development process.
