We re-architected Pivot's AV management platform to eliminate the bottlenecks caused by a single shared development environment and a fragmented, hard-to-maintain codebase. The solution introduced a dynamic multi-environment setup for parallel development and testing, migrated the platform from JavaScript to TypeScript, and implemented automated CI/CD pipelines to standardize and accelerate releases. The result was faster feature delivery, more predictable deployments, and a stronger technical foundation for long-term growth.

For over a decade, we’ve built and continuously enhanced VitaNavis, Myers-Briggs' comprehensive career exploration and academic planning platform, from the ground up. The platform includes assessment tools, career pathways, education planning, resume builders, credential management, and analytics dashboards. We scaled our dedicated team from 5 to 20 members as the platform grew, handling both frontend and backend development while integrating new features and technologies to meet evolving needs.

We developed a recruitment platform for Girls in Tech featuring skills assessment testing capabilities, user profile management, and talent matching functionality. The project included conducting a code audit of previous work, establishing clear product definition, and building both frontend and backend components. The platform enables users to showcase verified skills through assessment tests and connects diverse talent with opportunities.

We developed ClipSync's interactive platform that enables synchronized video viewing experiences with real-time chat and social features. The platform allows users to watch content together remotely while engaging through live discussion, creating shared viewing experiences. The white-labeled solution was integrated with major platforms and customized for specific events, demonstrating its versatility for interactive content delivery.

We developed native iOS and Android mobile applications for JellyTelly, an educational video and game platform for families. The apps deliver educational videos to teach children values and provide parents with safe, meaningful content options. Developed simultaneously for faster time to market, both apps feature native design optimized for tablets and mobile devices with seamless API integration.

We built a native Android application from scratch for SnappyTV's cloud-based video publishing platform. The second-screen functionality allowed viewers to capture moments from live content, add captions and comments, and share to social networks in real-time. The app increased user engagement and downloads, and SnappyTV was later acquired by Twitter and integrated into Twitter's Media Studio.

We modernized Myers-Briggs' educational assessment mobile application by migrating it from deprecated Xamarin framework to Ionic, ensuring continued compatibility across iOS, Android, and web platforms. The rewrite maintained all core functionality while reducing long-term development costs through a single codebase approach. The project was completed within tight deadlines and successfully launched on both Apple Store and Google Play.

\We developed a complex synchronization solution for Cinewav that enables seamless audio and video alignment across multiple devices in variable network conditions. The platform handles diverse hardware configurations and automatically corrects sync issues in real-time, making it ideal for hybrid learning environments and virtual classrooms where consistent A/V delivery is critical. Our POC validation led to a full system build with mobile apps for iOS and Android.

We transformed Pivot's AV management platform by replacing static dashboards with a configurable, role-based widget system that gives each user type a tailored view of the data that matters most to them. We also introduced real-time collaborative device list editing, a flexible rules-based alerting engine with lifecycle tracking, and customizable data import mapping to reduce manual effort. Together, these enhancements made the platform significantly more intuitive, proactive, and efficient for teams managing AV operations at scale.

We created multiple third-party integrations connecting SecuTix's platform with external systems including Salesforce CRM and various payment gateways. The project involved developing plugins for data synchronization, OAuth2 authentication, and REST API integrations. We also built comprehensive automated testing infrastructure with 1,000+ testing scripts to ensure reliable integration performance.

We developed an Android application featuring live audio/video streaming and real-time communication capabilities. The platform includes a floating UI that remains accessible across device activities, automatic network switching to maintain session continuity, and real-time interaction capabilities. The technical challenges included implementing real-time communication protocols on Android and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity across variable network conditions.

We built a standalone reporting application using Elasticsearch for a digital publishing platform provider. The solution enables clients to track data from various applications and publications, with multi-tenant architecture ensuring data isolation.
